I worked for a staffing company and was placed temporarily at a site. Someone there sold my name and social and was part of the big raid that just happened in Mt Pleasant, Tx.
The an administrative or floor manager sold my name off. I want to sue this company.

9 years has passed. What should my next steps be in finding out details about my case- prior to getting a lawyer- as I am not living in the same state as where it occurred.

Okay, so two years ago my wallet was stollen with my check book, check card, drivers licence, and social security card in it. Since then I have had numerous accounts opened in my name and I am having a hard time getting it all sorted out. Now I get a letter from a district court that they are holding a Grand Jury against me for worthless checks. I live about 1,000 miles away from the city that the Grand Jury will be in. I am worried that if I don’t go to it they will find me guilty of bad checks and I will have a bench warrent sent out on me. Plus, it says in the letter that I need to get a lawyer to help represent me. Help I have no idea what to do. Can I get arrested for not going?
