I agreed to pay for the service while I was studying abroad because I wanted to be safe about my credit card usage.

I canceled the program about two months after I got home and was told I would not be charged but they have charged me twice since then.

I’ve called the agency repeatedly and they keep giving me the run around and have even gone as far as hanging up on me.

There’s a commercial I’ve heard on the radio a few times for identity theft protection where the guy gives his real SS#. Does anybody know what I’m talking about?
