The courts knew she was illegal, shouldn’t she at the very least of been doported? How can anyone illegal walk away from this with probation ? Does being illegal allow advatages to breaking our laws?

Monica Calderon-Calvo — an illegal immigrant sentenced to three years of probation earlier this month for identify theft — is facing two new charges after allegedly doing the same thing in offenses committed one day before and 10 days after her sentencing.

Calderon-Calvo, 26 of 2332 Carmen Ave., Apt. 4G, was sentenced Feb. 11 by Reserve Judge John Murphy to probation but no jail time on three felony counts related to identity theft, online court records show.

According to a criminal complaint filed Monday, Calderon-Calvo used credit card information given to her through her job at Geno Nottolini’s Pizza, 1423 Union Ave, to charge purchases to the cards Feb. 10 and 21. She was charged with two counts of felony identity theft for financial gain.

According to the complaint:

Calderon-Calvo used debit card information given for a purchase Feb. 9 to pay for pizza at another Sheboygan restaurant the next day. The cardholder discovered the theft when she noticed the account

My password and profile has been hacked! I cannot log in or change my password.

I have another profile that I use that is similiar to my old one, but I would like to get my old one back.

I definitely know who hacked my computer. She actually forgot to delete the question so I copied the question to my watch list. I still have the hackers answer in one of my questions. She forgot to delete the question! The question is now undecided, so I don’t know her yahoo name anymore(I forgot it). Does yahoo remember yahoo names? So will reporting her for identity theft work?
She has a long yahoo name.

I reported her already. Can I undo reporting?

My mom was a victim of Identity theft. They stole a total of $1300 from here accounts, some how using her debit card in Las Vegas, and we live in Los Angeles. She has proof that she was in state the day the transactions took place. What steps shoul she take to collect the money stolen. She has been back and forth to the bank, and at first they said it could take 7-8 days, now there telling her, it sometimes takes up to 90 days. Is this possible? Is there a chance that she will not get the money back at all? After filing a police report, what should be her next step. I feel that they are giving her the run-areound. This has happen to me, but with a credit union. I got the money back real quick. Thanks to anyone who answers.

The credit card company is coming after him. But he NEVER applied for a card with them. The first thing they knew about it was when the card company called them and asked for payment for a total of $3,000 plus charges made on the card. He already filed a police report on identity theft. Can you tell me what are the steps he’s supposed to do now? He is an old man and very weak. And this is not helping his health any. The card company keeps calling. What are the things we need to do to resolve this and to avoid anymore of this in the future?

If the individual has my name and SSN#, what can they do?

I know they could probably open up credit cards in my name, but I wanted to know could they:

Break into my bank accounts?
Do backround checks?

What else can they do, tell me please
if i go to one of those annual credit reports or free credit report websites will I be able to tell there?
